Gear Advice: Sleeping Clothes

You should always wear some loose fitting clothing in the sleeping bag, but these should not be worn for any other purpose. This keeps your sleeping bag clean, reduces the chance of food smells from getting into your sleeping bag, and who knows, you may need to get up quickly in the middle of the night for some reason.
