Philmont Cavalcades are similar to regular expeditions except that, instead of hiking, crews ride horses through the rugged mountain wilderness like the famous trappers who first explored the West.

Sleeping
_____  Sleeping Bag - To fit in 12" x 22" stuff sack provided by Philmont.
_____  Sleeping Clothes - To be worn in sleeping bag only. (t-shirt & Shorts)
_____  Waterproof Ground Cloth (5' x 7')

_____  Jacket/Fleece - Wool Sweater works well.
