This list includes the minimum items that should be in a patrol box for preparing patrol meals. It will also include a set of condiments, but you need to be careful they don't stay there too long! This list assumes that each patrol member brings their own personal gear.

_____  Patrol Duty Roster - For assigning cooking and cleanup duties.

_____  Coffee Pot - Can also be used for heating drinking water.
_____  Cooking Pots Set - Includes at least a large & medium pot
_____  Cutting Board
_____  Dutch Oven *
_____  Fork (Large)
_____  Frying Pan
_____  Griddle - For use on 2 burner stove
_____  Kitcthen Knives - Set of 2 or 3 knives of various sizes.
_____  Ladle
_____  Pitcher - For mixing drinks
_____  Pot Holders/Mittens
_____  Spatula - Plastic if fry pan is a non-stick variety.
_____  Spoon - Large Serving style
_____  Stove (2 burner Propane)
_____  Vegetable Peeler

Staple Items

_____  Hot Cocoa
_____  Kool-Aid
_____  Spices for cooking - Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Cinnamon, etc.
_____  Sugar
_____  Vegatable Oil

Supplies
_____  Aluminum Foil
_____  Charcoal - For Dutch Ovens *
_____  Duct Tape - For equipment repair. *
_____  Garbage Bags (Roll or box)
_____  Matches - Kitchen matches, store in ziplock bag.
_____  Notebook & Pen/Pencil - Used for writing down instructions, ad-hoc lists, etc. *
_____  Paper Plates, Bowls, Cups - For those meals that need to be cleaned up fast. *
_____  Paper Towel
_____  Plastic Utensils - In case someone forgets their own. *
_____  Toilet Paper - Store in large zip lock bag, or waterproof container.
_____  Zip Lock™ Bags *

Cleaning Gear
_____  Bleach - (Screw-On Top)
_____  Dish Washing Soap - (Liquid, with a screw on top)
_____  Plastic Wash Basins - 3 required (Wash, Rinse, Bleach Rinse)
_____  Scouring Pads
